Insights and reporting

This article will guid you through the Insights section in the Adtraction platform and how you can filter and sort the data.

Insights section

The Insights section is where you’ll find all the data needed to track your performance. Adtraction operates in real-time; as soon as a click or conversion occurs, it appears in your insights. This allows you to see your performance in real-time.

Overview

When you first open Insights, you’ll see an overview based on your selected filters. You can group this data to spot trends over time or for different channels and brands.

Use the "Group by" setting change how the insights is presented to you.
You can choose to group the insights by:

  • By timeframe: View results by Hour, Day, Week, or Month.

  • By metric: Organize your data by EPI, Brand, or Channel.

Conversions

To dive deeper into individual transactions, select the Conversions tab located just above the filter settings. This view displays every tracked conversion such as sales and leads.

You can choose to filter for different conversion statuses:

  • Pending: The conversion is tracked but awaiting Brand approval.

  • Approved: The conversion is approved by the brand.

  • Not Approved: The conversion has been rejected by the brand.

Sorting and filtering data

At insights you are able to sort and filter data in various ways. If you prefer to see all insights for a certain brand simply select that brand at the filter section.

The filters available is:

  • Market: Filter by specific markets.

  • Channel: Compare your different channels.

  • Brand: See how you are performing for a specific brand.

  • Conversion status: Include only data for certain conversion statuses, such as only approved conversions.


The table updates automatically as you change these settings. You can also click any column heading (like Conversions or EPC) to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
