This article explains how to set up your payment details and how payouts are managed — whether your account is registered as a private individual or a company.

⛔ Important: All fields in the Account & payout page must be completed before Adtraction can process your payments. Incomplete information will prevent payouts from being sent — this applies to all partners regardless of account type or country.

How to get there

All payment settings are now in one place in the new platform.

  1. Sign in to the new platform: Login as partner NEW

  2. Click your email address in the bottom left corner of the screen

  3. Select Settings from the pop-up menu

  4. You will land on the Account & payout page

Click your email in the bottom left corner, then select Settings

Here you can select your account type (Business or Individual) and manage all your payment details on one screen.

Step 1 — Choose your account type

On the Account & payout page, start by selecting whether you are a:

  • Business (company)

  • Individual (private person)

This determines which payment options are available to you.

Companies based in Sweden

Swedish companies can receive payments via one of three methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Bankgiro

  • Plusgiro

Select your preferred method under Payout details and fill in the required fields. You will also need to provide your Business registration number (organisationsnummer, 10 digits) and VAT number.

⚠️ Common mistake: Your clearing number goes in the clearing number field only — do not repeat it at the start of your account number. The total combined length should be between 11 and 15 digits.

✅ Required to receive payments: All fields must be filled in — including payment method, Business registration number, and VAT number — before payments can be processed.

Private individuals based in Sweden

If you are registered as a private individual in Sweden, you can receive commission via bank transfer. You will need to provide your clearing number and your bank account number.

⚠️ Common mistake: Your clearing number is typically 4–5 digits. Your account number is 7–10 digits. Together they should total between 11 and 15 digits. A very common mistake is entering the clearing number twice — once in the clearing number field and again at the start of the account number field. Please double-check before saving.

Tax deductions for Swedish private individuals

If your account is registered as a private individual in Sweden, Adtraction automatically handles tax and employer contributions (arbetsgivaravgifter) on your behalf.

The deduction is typically 47% and covers both income tax and employer contributions. Adtraction reports and pays these directly to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) — you do not need to handle this yourself.

You can find all payment specifications in your account under Settings > Account & payout.

✅ Required to receive payments: Your clearing number and bank account number must both be entered correctly before payments can be processed.

Companies and individuals outside Sweden

If your account country is set to anything other than Sweden — whether you are a company or a private individual — you must provide international bank details:

  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

  • BIC / SWIFT code

Companies must also provide their Business registration number and VAT number.

⚠️ Common mistake: Make sure your IBAN starts with your country code (e.g. DE for Germany, FI for Finland, SE for Sweden). This is the most common mistake for international partners — missing the 2-letter country code at the beginning.

ℹ️ Note: All partner payments are sent from Adtraction's Swedish HQ. International payment details (IBAN + BIC) are required for all accounts based outside of Sweden.

✅ Required to receive payments: IBAN, BIC, Business registration number, and VAT number must all be completed before payments can be processed.

Private individuals outside Sweden

If you are registered as a private individual outside Sweden, Adtraction will pay your commission via bank transfer using your IBAN and BIC.

You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in your country. Adtraction provides all necessary payment documentation in your account under Settings > Account & payout.

✅ Required to receive payments: Your IBAN and BIC must both be entered correctly before payments can be processed.
