If you as a partner would for some reason like to pause your payments and stop receiving them for a time you can choose to pause payments for your account.
How to pause payments
This action will immediately stop any future transfers to your bank account until you manually reactivate payments.
Navigate to Settings: Go to Account in the main menu, and then select Settings.
Access Payment Tab: Click on the Payment tab.
Locate the "Pause payments" toggle switch and click it to activate the pause. (Note: The toggle will change to green when successfully activated.)
What happens when payments are paused?
If you pause payments before the next payout cycle, the current month's payment will be held. If you pause after this time, the current payment may still be processed, and the hold will apply to subsequent cycles.
All commission that is being registered will be kept in your account and will be included in the next scheduled payment cycle once you reactivate payments. Commission tracking and reporting will continue as normal.
No funds will be transferred to your registered bank account while the pause is active.
How to activate payments again
To resume receiving your commission payments, follow the same steps to deactivate the pause.
Navigate to Settings: Go to Account in the main menu, and then select Settings.
Access Payment Tab: Click on the Payment tab.
Toggle the Switch: Locate the "Pause payments" toggle switch and click it again to turn the pause OFF. (Note: The toggle will return to gray.)
What if I can’t see the pause payments option?
This feature is only available to account owners. If you are an invited user, please contact the owner of the account.
Is there a limit to how long I can keep my payments paused?
No, you can keep your payments paused indefinitely, but we recommend reactivating once you are ready to receive funds.
Is there a fee for pausing or reactivating payments?
No, there is no charge for using this feature.
