When and how will I get paid?

In this article, we will explain how the account balance and payment process works.

Adtraction pays partners with automatic payments that are created on a monthly basis. Simply enter your payment details, and whatever you earn will automatically be paid out.

The following needs to be fulfilled for a standard payment to be created

  • The "Account" and "Payment" tabs need to be filled out correctly under Account -> Settings

  • You need to have at least 10 GBP/EUR "Ready for payment". You can view this under Account -> Account Balance. Your total account balance does not matter, only the amount under "Ready for payment".

If these criteria are met, a payment specification will be created on the 5th of the month. This can be viewed at Payment Specifications.

  • If you do have a payment specification, the payment will be carried out on the 10th, and you should receive the money within a couple of business days.

Trouble updating settings

Before you can receive payments you will need to update your Account -> Settings.

If you experience issues keep these things in mind:

  • Start by filling out the "Account" tab fully and save it, as this may affect what's needed to be filled out in your "Payment" tab. Don't forget to choose "Individual" or "Company" account.

  • Adtraction cannot change your Payment settings for security reasons. It needs to be done by you as the account owner.

  • When changing the payment settings you may get a pop-up saying you need to confirm changes via e-mail. Keep the tab open, go to your e-mail and click the link in the e-mail you received from us. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. Go back to the Settings tab and make sure the changes have been confirmed.
